Pork and Veggies

Ingredients:

1 lb pork roast, cut into 1/2 inch strips

1 onion, chopped

1 green bell pepper, sliced

4 carrots, sliced

1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce (I make my own)

1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp salt

2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a freezer bag. Thaw contents of bag and place in a slow cooker.  Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve over rice.
