It’s crockpot time!
Ingredients:
2 pounds lean chuck – cut in 1 – 3/4 inch pieces
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup (if you look google cream of mushroom soup, you can find a recipe to make this on your own and it is not processed)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can Diet Sprite or 7up
Directions:
Put all ingredients into the crockpot and put it on low. Let it cook away. Eat over cooked noodles, rice, potatoes or what ever else you might fancy.
Side Note:
* This is not a gluten free recipe though you can find ways to make it gluten free.
* This can very easily be doubled before cooking and put in the freezer for another night.
