Baked Beef Ravioli

Ingredients:

1/2 medium sized onion, diced

2-3 garlic cloves, minced

1 lb ground beef

1/2 lb pork sausage

2 jars spaghetti sauce (I make my own)

1 15 oz. can crushed Italian tomatoes

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cups shredded Italian mix cheese

2 packages of fresh cheese ravioli

Directions:

Brown onions, garlic, and meat.  Spread thin layer of meat sauce into bottom of freezer/oven safe dish.  Arrange a layer of uncooked ravioli.  Sprinkle cheese on top of ravioli.  Repeat layers ending with sauce on top.  Cover and freeze.
